Hails from New York City, where he has been seen on Broadway in the Tony Award winner for Best Musical, Kinky Boots, Big Fish, Academy and Tony Award winning Priscilla: Queen of the Desert and the Grammy Award winning 2009 revival of West Side Story. He has been the Associate Choreographer for the 1st Nation Touring, New Zealand, and Norwegian Cruise Lines productions of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert.
Joshua has worked as the Associate Choreographer for five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman, creating the Merry Widow which had two productions at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, as well as the Lyric Opera in Chicago. Joshua directed and choreographed productions of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Tootsie, Escape to Margaritaville, Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde and Grease at theatres in Florida and Colorado.
Joshua is honoured to have the opportunity be a part of the Hercules company in Hamburg having been a part of the production in America. He's excited to announce, that on his return to New York he will start rehearsals for a new opera, El Niño, with production by Tony nominee Lileana Blain-Cruz and puppet design by James Ortiz at the Metropolitan Opera.
Joshua is excited to return home to his loving husband Bryan and his dog Dolly the Dachshund.
