Daniel is delighted to be returning to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane as Music Director for Hercules, his third Disney show in the West End.
He began his career as an organ scholar at Peterborough Cathedral, before reading music at Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Daniel was Music Director for Disney's Aladdin (Prince Edward Theatre) and Cats (UK tour), and Associate/Assistant Music Director for Disney's stage version film of Frozen (Disney+), Disney's Frozen (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), A Chorus Line (London Palladium), White Christmas (The Lowry, Manchester), The Wizard of Oz (London Palladium), Me and My Girl (Crucible, Sheffield), The Sound of Music (UK tour), The Wizard of Oz (Royal Festival Hall), The Green Heart and Enter the Guardsman (Manhattan Theatre Club, New York) and Scrooge (London Palladium and Palace Theatre, Manchester).
He is Associate Music Supervisor for Disney's Aladdin (Madrid, UK tour and Seoul), and was Music Supervisor and conductor for Disney on Stage at the Royal Variety Performance (Royal Albert Hall).
He played piano for Hugh Jackman: The Man. The Music. The Show (world tour), Matthew Bourne's The Red Shoes, Shrek, Wicked, Hairspray, Spamalot, Guys and Dolls and Mamma Mia! His TV credits include Blue Peter, Children in Need, Big Night of Musicals (BBC), Royal Variety Performance, All Star Musicals and Superstar (ITV), Disney's Broadway Hits (Royal Albert Hall), and the films Confetti and Paddington 2.
Daniel lives in Buckinghamshire with his husband Myles and their two dogs, Percy and Bert.
